Our deli features a wide menu of delicious organic salads, entrees and sides. We craft our menu to use the season's best and freshest ingredients and are committed to supporting our community by purchasing from local farmers and vendors whenever possible.

Juices, Smoothies & Java

Check out our selection of 100% organic fruit & veggie juices made fresh to order in our delis. We also make a wide array of cool smoothies from organic fruits, organic juices and cultured yogurt. Fresh brewed, organic coffee is always available, as well as organic half and half, soy or rice milk.

Awesome Fresh Sushi

The Co-op can now offer New Sushi Express sushi, the finest, locally crafted sushi made with organic rice and organic vegetables as well as wheat-free tamari. The fish is sourced from sustainably harvested fisheries, which is the only fish you can purchase at the Co-op. The Co-op remains an affiliate of the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch Program. New Sushi Express produces all of their products at our Santa Fe Deli's kitchen and you will find this exceptional product on the shelevs in Santa Fe and at both Albuquerque stores fresh daily by 11am, just in time for a healthy delicious lunch

Fresh Baked Goods

Each morning our bakers offer a varietyof aussie pokies muffins, scones and sweets for your enjoyment. We offer the only 100% organic fresh muffins available! We feature a choice of special diet items, including wheat and gluten free and vegan choices. At our Rio Grande location, you can try our daily selection of fresh baked breads like multigrain and challah, rolls cookies and the list of online casinos delicious decadent lavender cupcakes.
Hot, Cold and Grab and Go

The Co-op is pleased to offer daily hot lunch and dinner dishes and salads in our hot/cold bar.  Our prepared food chefs choose only the finest ingredients and make everything fresh on site each day. Check out our daily specials, hot soups and at the North Valley and Santa Fe locations our expanded hot bar and daily fresh salad offerings.  In a Hurry? Check our Grab and Go cases, chock full of fresh foods for those who need food fast but don’t want junk/fast foods.
