La Montañita always welcomes new staff members who have experience in the natural foods retail industry or a strong desire to learn about it. If you’re the kind of person who loves to serve your community, and would like to make the Co-op members and customers part of that service, download and fill out an employment application and return it to the information desk at any store.
After an initial trial period, the Co-op offers staff members the following: a living wage, regular raises, and a staff wellness program, which includes one visit a month (free of charge) to a participating wellness provider in the community. Our benefits are open to both full and part time employees and include dental and health insurance, paid vacation and sick time (based on hours worked) and participation in our 401(k) retirement plan.
