After an initial trial period, the Co-op offers staff members regular raises and access to our staff wellness program, which includes one visit a month (free of charge) to a participating wellness provider in the community. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance are offered to all team members averaging at least 30 hours a week. Both full and part time employees are offered paid time off (based on hours worked) and can participate in our 401(k) retirement plan.
