Our Distribution Center (DC) is located in the heart of Albuquerque. Established in 2007, the DC provides us the unique ability to buy directly from local and regional farmers, ranchers and producers to sell in our stores, other independent food retailers, restaurants, businesses, commercial kitchens and more.
Buying from the DC shortens the time from harvest to table, providing fresher products, reducing carbon emissions, and supporting local businesses. This, in turn, strengthens our economy and enhances our ability to self-sustain through our foodshed.
Our FoodSHed
We define our foodshed as any food produced within roughly a 300-mile radius from our Distribution Center in Albuquerque.
Most products you’ll find from our foodshed are local items from New Mexico.
Products from our neighbor states and within the 300-mile radius are considered regional.
We’re passionate about growing our local foodshed, but also offer many other brands and products you love. Buying wholesale through the DC lets you source hyper-local items alongside national products, creating a custom order that fits your needs—all with a flexible delivery schedule.
