La Montañita Return Policy
We take pride in offering quality products and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with returns according to the guidelines below.
- Receipts are required for a full refund , and products must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Perishable items must be returned within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds without a receipt, pending approval, will be issued as store credit based on the identical product's selling price within the previous 30 days
- Items marked "Reduced" are not eligible for return
- Apparel must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Payments made by check are eligible for refund after 12 days
- Returns are subject to management discretion
Alcohol Returns – Avanyu Plaza Only
Alcohol returns are accepted only at our Avanyu Plaza location. Returns may be accepted for defective, damaged, corked, or store-related issues.
Alcohol Returns Will Not be Accepted if:
- The item was purchased by mistake
- The customer did not like the item
- The product has been opened or tampered with
- No receipt is provided
Gift & Scrip Certificate Discontinuation
La Montañita Gift and Scrip Certificates were discontinued on Sept. 1, 2025, and are no longer accepted.
