We take pride in offering the best products available and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns following these guidelines:

Gift & Scrip Certificate Discontinuation
We stopped accepting La Montañita Gift or Scrip Certificates on Monday, Sept. 1, 2025.

• Receipts are required and products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Perishable Items must be returned within 7 days purchase.
• Refunds without a receipt, pending approval will be issued as store credit on the identical product within the last thirty (30) days.
• Items marked “Reduced” are not eligible for return.
• Apparel must be in original condition with all tags intact.
• Payments made by check are eligible for a refund after 12 days.

Returns are subject to management discretion.
