Monthly board business meetings are open to all current members and are held on the third Tuesday of each month via Zoom, unless otherwise noted.
Our cooperative governance model prioritizes future vision, initiative, and strategic leadership. By maintaining a clear distinction between the board and general management, we empower the General Manager while ensuring accountability. We deliberate with many voices but govern as one.
