Board of Directors meetings are open to all current members and are held monthly online. Board meeting location changes will be shared in advance in the Scoop newsletter and will be reflected on the posted meeting agenda.
Our cooperative governance model prioritizes future vision, initiative, and strategic leadership. By maintaining a clear distinction between the board and general management, we empower the General Manager while ensuring accountability. We deliberate with many voices but govern as one.
